Learning that inspires
From academic tutoring to cultural heritage, our comprehensive programmes are designed to develop the whole child — mind, character and identity.
Educational Tutoring
Fully qualified, enthusiastic teachers deliver lessons in core academic subjects following the national curriculum, in small groups where every child is seen, heard and stretched.
Tutors assess where each learner is at, target the gaps, and track progress term by term - with updates shared back to parents through our online progress reports.

Key Stages 3–4:

Transition Programme
Specialist support in small groups of 4–6 young people for students navigating key transition points in their education.
These transitions shape a young person's whole school journey. Families tell us the difference is confidence: arriving in September already knowing the work, the routines and the people.
Years 6 to 7:
- Skills assessment to check for gaps in learning
- Social skills and making new friends
- Time management and organisation
- Homework strategies
Years 10 to 11:
- GCSE past papers and exam techniques
- Professional motivational speakers and mentors
- Exam revision strategies
Mentorship
Every learner is paired with a trained, DBS-checked mentor - a trusted adult who knows them, their goals and their story, and who sticks with them beyond any single term.
Mentoring runs alongside our academic programmes, so young people get both the grades and the guidance - with mentors celebrating every milestone, big or small.
What mentoring includes:
- Personal goal setting with termly reviews
- Careers, further education and apprenticeship guidance
- Confidence, resilience and leadership development
- A consistent, trusted presence between sessions

Motivational Workshops
Rotating workshops and activities designed to motivate, instil confidence, and grow knowledge and understanding of self — enabling young people to develop healthy minds and become positive contributors to society.
Led by inspiring facilitators and role models from the communities we serve, workshops give young people space to talk openly, try new things and discover what they are capable of.
Culture, Heritage & History
Learning about African and Caribbean heritage through a wide range of activities and international excursions to places such as Ghana and the Republic of Benin - building pride, identity and a sense of belonging that carries into every part of a young person's life.
From storytelling and performance to museum visits and fundraising towards excursions, heritage learning happens all year round.
